- "UK Physical Products": Products sold and fulfilled by Malek Insights, available for delivery within the United Kingdom only

2. UK Physical Products
2.1 Eligibility & Delivery
- UK Physical Products are available for delivery within the United Kingdom only
- We do not ship these products internationally
- Delivery times and costs will be clearly stated at checkout
2.2 Pricing & Payment
- All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable
- Payment is processed securely via Stripe
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors
2.3 Returns & Refunds (UK Consumer Rights Act 2015)
Your rights depend on the nature of the product:
Products You CAN Return:
- Unopened, unused products in original packaging within 14 days of receipt
- Faulty or damaged products (at any reasonable time)
- Products not as described
Products You CANNOT Return:
- Hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., skincare, supplements) once opened or unsealed
- Personalised or custom-made items
- Perishable goods
This aligns with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which allows businesses to exclude returns for hygiene and sealed goods once opened.
2.4 Faulty Products
If a UK Physical Product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you may be entitled to:
- A full refund (within 30 days of purchase)
- A repair or replacement (after 30 days)

3. Affiliate Products
Important Notice:
Affiliate Products are not sold by Malek Insights. When you click on an affiliate product link, you will be redirected to a third-party merchant's website.
3.1 Affiliate Product Terms
- Fulfilment: Handled entirely by the third-party merchant
- Shipping: Subject to the affiliate partner's shipping policies
- Returns & Refunds: Governed by the affiliate partner's own terms
- Customer Service: Managed by the affiliate partner, not Malek Insights
- Warranties: Provided by the third-party merchant
We recommend reviewing the affiliate partner's terms and conditions before purchasing.
4. Product Reviews
- Reviews are only available for UK Physical Products
- You may only leave a review if you have purchased and received the product
- Reviews must be honest, respectful, and comply with UK advertising standards
- We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate these Terms
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UK law:
- We are not liable for losses arising from affiliate product transactions
- Our liability for UK Physical Products is limited to the price paid for the product
- Nothing in these Terms excludes our liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or your statutory rights under UK consumer law

7. Governing Law
